How do I contact you?

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. For International Orders, the shipping provider will vary depending on your location.

What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept most credit/debit cards:  These must be issued with the Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, or American Express logos. We also accept payments via PayPal and Square. 

Can you provide me a discount code for my order?

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Follow us on our social media pages or sign up for our newsletter for announcements of upcoming promotions and discounts.

International Orders

Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) and if so, these are the responsibility of the customer. Packages will be returned to the US if unclaimed, and we cannot refund shipping for these cases. The time that a country holds a package in customs varies, and we do not have means of contacting these offices.

How do I return an item?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. If you have an intact item from RichCoast and will like to return it, please contact us to see if your item qualifies for a store credit. At this moment, we do not offer money back returns.
